Current SDS, TDS, and COA files are issued to verified company email addresses. We maintain a record of all document requests for traceability and regulatory compliance. Personal email providers (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and similar) cannot be used. Please provide your full name, contact number, organisation, work email, and the product grade required.

  • TDS (technical data sheet) — typical specifications including HLB, cloud point, and appearance. Summary data is available on product pages; the complete PDF is supplied on request.
  • SDS (safety data sheet) — GHS-compliant safety information for handling, storage, and transport.
  • COA (certificate of analysis) — lot-specific analytical results. Please include the lot number where available.

Yes. A certificate of analysis (COA) relates to a specific manufacturing lot. Please quote the lot number from your drum label or incoming inspection record. If you are evaluating a grade, we can advise on a representative or typical COA where appropriate.
