Where these claims come from
ISO certifications, capacity, EcoVadis, and WASH references are documented on our capabilities and quality pages. Request TDS / SDS / COA for grade-level proof.
Quality Assurance
Quality is of paramount importance to us and we take every care to make sure that we produce and offer all products of the finest quality. All our manufacturing facilities are well-equipped with Q.A. laboratories which run 24/7 in parallel to plant operations. A skilled team of chemists work in three shifts and perform all QC tests for raw materials, in-process and finished goods. The Q.C. laboratories have various support equipment such as GC, KF, Viscometers, colorimeter, stability tester etc. All records pertaining to QC testing are well documented physically and electronically for a period of one year. All instruments are routinely calibrated and maintained as per ISO standards. Formulators can request current TDS, SDS, and lot COA from the document library.
What “ISO-certified QA” means in practice
Buyers evaluating a surfactant supplier usually care less about a framed certificate on the wall and more about whether a COA matches the method they will use on receipt. Esteem’s QA system is built around that hand-off: raw-material identity and purity checks before charging, in-process controls during ethoxylation, propoxylation, esterification, and sulfation campaigns, and finished-goods release against agreed specifications.
- 24/7 lab coverage — chemists on three shifts so night and weekend campaigns are not waiting for a day-shift backlog.
- Method discipline — GC, Karl Fischer water, viscosity, colour, and stability equipment are calibrated on an ISO schedule so numbers stay comparable lot to lot.
- Traceable records — physical and electronic QC archives retained for one year support investigations, customer audits, and regulatory follow-up.
- Document pack — current TDS/SDS and lot COA are available through the document library for qualified formulators.
How to specify quality on an RFQ
When you request a sample or commercial quote, include the release methods you will use (for example hydroxyl value, colour APHA, water by KF, residual EO limits, or acid value). Aligning the plant’s release window with your inbound QC avoids “on-spec here / off-spec there” disputes. For scale-up and toll work, see manufacturing capabilities and analytical facilities.
