Esteem has implemented Environmental Management Systems to measure, control and reduce environmental impacts.

Esteem is fully compliant with all environmental protection, health & safety, laws and regulations. To ensure compliance with all legal requirements, Esteem has instituted a compliance management system. This helps in evaluating potential environmental impacts prior to the implementation of new projects. Environment impact assessment and risk analysis are performed for all new and major expansion projects and necessary measures are incorporated to mitigate adverse environmental impacts at the planning stage of every project.

Specialty chemical plants are judged on whether EHS is procedural or decorative. Esteem’s approach ties environmental management to project planning: impacts are screened before new equipment or major expansions are approved, not after a line is already built. Occupational health and safety controls sit alongside process chemistry so ethoxylation, propoxylation, and related campaigns run under documented HS&E discipline.
